Our family

The history of the Chiesa family is inextricably linked to the magnificent hills of the Alta Langa and to the vocation of this agricultural area, a true unspoiled paradise for breeding and the production of fine cheeses.

The Chiesa family, made up of Giuseppe, Enrica, Manuela, Michela, and grandmother Nadia, takes care of the production and sale of these excellent products in the picturesque town of Murazzano.

Enrica and Beppe decided in 2002 to join forces and found an artisanal dairy in the heart of the Piedmontese countryside: they became spokesmen for ancient dairy traditions, enhancing local raw materials and respecting the artisanal production methods handed down from generation to generation.

Thanks to the care and attention to every step of the process, the dairy soon became renowned for its one-of-a-kind cheeses.

Since 2020 Manuela and Michela, with their energy and creativity, carry on the family legacy and add a touch of innovation to centuries-old traditions. Their philosophy is simple but effective: to offer their customers genuine and high quality products, the result of a careful selection of raw materials and a production process that respects the rhythms of nature

Grandmother Nadia, wise guardian of the family recipes, proudly shares the secrets of an artisanal process that dates back to ancient times. His experience and wisdom are reflected in the exceptional quality of the cheeses produced in their dairy.
